Becoming a member of Buladde SACCO is voluntary and all members enjoy equal rights at the SACCO irrespective of their background. To be a member one must fulfil the following:

1. Complete a membership application form
2. Provide a copy of the National ID or Passport
3. Provide 2 coloured passport size photos
4. Make a non-refundable membership fee of Ugx 20,000/=
5. Buy a transactional Passbook at Ugx 2,000/=.

Where a member wishes to withdraw from the SACCO, one must give a written notice of 60 days. No member is allowed to withdraw from the SACCO unless all loans are paid in full and/or all loans guaranteed to other members have been secured.
