WHY WE EXIST



Our goals

  • To Increase access to financial services for tenants on Kabaka’s land by improving their land access rights.
  • To address some of the bottle necks in accessing finance that include High Interest rates; Lack of required collateral; High fraud rate or forgery of land sales agreements; Knowledge gap; Unknown or informal SME establishments; Financial Institutions float around clients already banked.
